Getting Ready

...I am getting ready to head out on another trip this Thursday. This time to Delhi, India and working with David Dayalan.

...Preparing talks, finalizing projects that others need from me, keeping the email flow going.

...Oh yes, and packing too, but I have that down to a science now.

New Year's

...Mary and I rang in the New Year with our friends and co-workers in Asian Access, Ned and Robin Kiser. Ned and Robin are just starting the year-long process of building a home in the North Carolina mountains near Asheville and then moving from Huntington, IN.

...Ned and Robin are empty-nesters like Mary and me. We were so proud that we all stayed awake to midnight. It was great to bring in the New Year with them. They came to visit us in Charlotte, while they were in the NC mountains tending to things with their home-building project.

...Yes, that is a jigsaw puzzle on the table before us. Our son Olin and Mary started that 2,000 piece challenge Christmas Eve. We're still working on it and recruited Robin and Ned, who found a few pieces. (Or shall I say Robin found a few pieces).

...Where in the world is Bruce? Right here at home and loving it as we bring in 2007.
